How do I place an order?
New Packaging is an online business, and all orders are placed via our website. On our website, you get direct access to our dynamic range of products, competitive prices and expedient delivery service & can directly order online.
Will I receive the same product that is shown in the picture?
We take every step to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, a product's actual colour may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images.
Can I get better prices for larger quantities?
Packaging is a quantity-sensitive product. Most of the products for sale on our website have bulk discounts set up, and these will always be displayed where relevant. You will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price whenever you order multiple items together.
Can I return the items?
If you order the wrong product or change your mind, you need to return it to us within 15 days. You have to send the products back to us, unused and undamaged, in the original packaging at your own cost. We will arrange an exchange, refund or credit (subject to our terms and conditions). Are your products eco-friendly?
We are committed to adopting sustainable practices across our business. All our products, including cardboard, varnishes, and foils, are fully recyclable & bio-degradable.
