We aim to Process orders 95% on same day.

The cutoff time is 2 pm (Monday to Friday).

If you place your order after 2 pm, it will be dispatched on the next WORKING day.

Next day delivery is available to mainland UK only. Irrespective of the service type please be aware the carrier will operate up to 5:30pm BUT in busy period of Christmas EVRI may works up to 10:00pm, The carrier is selected by us to operate the best possible service however, we cannot guarantee specific time slots as these may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time / any costs incurred by yourselves, we recommend goods are ordered well in advance of any project start dates.

If your delivery fails to be made on two-three attempts, your order will be returned to us and if you wish us to redeliver the order you will incur the cost of the delivery charge of £4.99+VAT , if it was Free delivery or the original delivery charges you have paid for your order.

Click and Collect Services

Simply place an order online and pick up your order at a time that suits you from our Warehouse at 14 Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8QG, United Kingdom. Please note: Click and collect option will appear once you enter your delivery Postcode.

Collection Time: Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please inform us of your collection time beforehand at sales@newpackaging.co.uk or 0161 517 0070

Deliveries by Couriers

All deliveries must be signed for unless stated in the special instructions when placing the order. Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.
